Mobile / Casino
Our casino lobby holds live dealer tables, slot rooms, crash games and table classics — all accessible from your existing ql99 account through your mobile browser without a separate download. Availability depends on your local law and eligible region.
The ql99 casino lobby is arranged by category — live casino, slots, table games and crash — so you can filter down quickly without scrolling through everything at once. Live dealer rooms include Baccarat Bright and Roulette GlowSpin, which load directly in your mobile browser. The slot section carries titles from CQ9, Spadegaming, Habanero, JDB, Pragmatic Play and Bigtime Gaming; you can see which studio powers a title on its game card. Crash games like Aviator Sky Run sit in their own tab. The lobby filter row at the top of the casino page lets you jump between categories using a single tap. Game cards show RTP only where the studio exposes that figure — we do not display invented percentages. Your account wallet, funded through bKash, Nagad or Rocket, is shared across every category, so there is no need to move balance before switching tables.
The casino section of ql99 is built for portrait-mode browsing on Android and iOS without an app install. Live dealer streams load through the browser's standard video layer — no plugin required. The category filter rail sits at the top of the casino page, letting you swipe between Slots, Live Casino and Crash with a single horizontal gesture. Game cards scale to screen width so table information remains readable at smaller sizes. If you switch from the sportsbook to the casino mid-session, your account balance carries over immediately; there is no separate casino wallet to fund. Baccarat Bright and Aviator Sky Run both run in portrait orientation, which keeps one hand free. The lobby remembers the category you were browsing if you navigate away and return within the same session.
The live chat button is visible on the casino page itself. Open it while a game is active and describe the table name or game title so the support agent can pull up the correct session record from your account.
The help centre contains published articles on game rules, lobby navigation and account wallet steps specific to the casino section. Search by game type — slots, live dealer or crash — to find the relevant article without contacting support.
For casino-related account disputes or round-history questions, the account query form lets you attach a game reference number. Responses go to the contact detail saved on your ql99 account.
Every casino section decision — from game display to wallet access — is navigable directly from your account. We do not invent RTP figures, and studio attribution appears on the game card only where the provider publishes it.
Each slot in the lobby shows the studio name — CQ9, Spadegaming, Habanero, JDB, Pragmatic Play or Bigtime Gaming — on the card. This lets you filter by studio you already know rather than browsing blind through the full catalogue.
Live dealer table rules — covering Baccarat Bright and Roulette GlowSpin — are accessible from the information icon on each table card before you open the game. Read the rules before sitting at a new table type.
Your casino round history is stored under the account section and itemised by game title, date and result amount. Check it after any session to reconcile what you see in your wallet balance against the rounds played.
The same bKash, Nagad or Rocket-funded wallet you use for sports is the one active in the casino. There is no hidden casino sub-wallet; the account section shows a single running balance reflecting all activity.
Moving between cricket betting and casino tables on a single account is a practical advantage that standalone casino-only sites cannot offer. Here is where the difference shows up concretely.
A standalone casino site requires a separate registration and wallet. At ql99, your account covers the sportsbook and casino together — the same login, the same wallet balance, no duplication.
Standalone sites serving Bangladesh do not always support local mobile wallets. Our casino runs on the same wallet connection you set up for sports — bKash, Nagad and Rocket are already there in your account.
After a cricket or football match ends, switching to Baccarat Bright or Aviator Sky Run is a single tap from the sports result screen. Standalone sites require you to open a different app or browser tab entirely.
Some sites hide studio information until you open a game. In our lobby, the studio label — Habanero, JDB, Spadegaming and others — appears on the card so you know what you are choosing before you tap.
These definitions cover the terms displayed on game cards, in round history and across the ql99 casino lobby. Knowing them helps you read the lobby accurately before choosing a table or slot.
RTP stands for Return to Player — the percentage of total wagers a game is designed to return over many rounds. In our lobby, this figure appears only where the studio publishes it; we do not add an estimated number when none is provided.
A live dealer table streams a real human dealer conducting the game — Baccarat Bright and Roulette GlowSpin are examples in our lobby. You place bets through on-screen controls while watching the live video feed from your browser.
Volatility describes how a slot distributes its results — high-volatility slots pay out less frequently but in larger amounts per round, while low-volatility slots pay more often in smaller amounts. The game card shows volatility only where the studio discloses it.
A crash game like Aviator Sky Run shows a multiplier that rises from 1x after each round starts. You cash out before the multiplier crashes; if you wait too long, the round ends and the stake is lost. Results are determined by a provable random sequence.
KYC stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification step the account requires before processing certain withdrawals. Documents and steps are listed in the account verification section; complete them there before requesting a larger withdrawal.
A game round reference is the unique identifier logged against each casino spin, hand or crash round in your account history. Quote it when contacting support about a specific result so the agent can locate that exact round record.
These are the questions we hear most from our casino section. Each answer reflects what is actually visible and navigable in your ql99 account.
The bottom navigation bar on mobile shows a Casino tab alongside Sports. Tap it from any page — including a live match view — and the casino lobby loads with your current account balance already active. No separate login or wallet transfer is needed.
Our casino carries content from CQ9, Bigtime Gaming, Spadegaming, Habanero, JDB and Pragmatic Play. The studio name appears on each game card in the lobby. We do not attribute specific game titles to studios unless that information is shown on the card itself.
Yes — the wallet you funded through bKash, Nagad or Rocket is the same balance active in the casino section. There is no separate casino deposit step. Check your account wallet page to confirm the current balance before opening a table or slot.
Open your account, then go to Transaction History and filter by Casino. Each entry shows the game title, the round date, the amount staked and the round result. Use the game round reference shown there if you need to raise a query with support.
Cricket markets — including IPL and BPL fixtures — sit in the sportsbook section, which shares the same account as the casino. Switch between them using the Sports and Casino tabs. Availability depends on your local law and eligible region.
If your connection drops during a live table round, the round continues server-side and the result is recorded in your round history. Reload the casino lobby, reopen the table, and check your account transaction history to see the settled result for that hand.
